We stayed at this hotel for two nights while touring the stunning Tateyama-Kurobe Alpine route. It was conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the JR station, which made our travels a breeze. The staff was friendly and helpful, arranging our courier service to Murodo for our luggage. Our room was clean with comfortable bedding, and free WiFi connections were speedy. The on-site onsen was enjoyable, although the outdoor one could have been larger.

The hotel's location near the train station is really convenient for travelers. You can even have breakfast at a nearby restaurant or convenient store. the staff is helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable, with Onsen facilities available. If needed, you can also send your luggage through Ta q bin agent.

The unpleasant smell due to previous smoking inside non-smoking rooms was an issue according to some guests.

Old air conditioning system, uncomfortable pillows, and small restaurant area were disappointing. the air conditioning system of the hotel needs a major overhaul as it did not work well, which made it quite hot inside.

The hotel's exterior and interior design could use some improvement and the rooms can feel cramped, with noise from surrounding rooms and trains being easily audible. Some of the pamphlets provided may not be to everyone's political taste.
